The ear volume could use higher strength when teleconference callers are faint, but at normal volumes of speech is just fine. Also, it felt and fit well over my ears and on my head. The earcups enclose your ears and the sound quality is acceptable.
They have cool sound and great noise cancelling but they really don't last long I guess that is why they are cheap.
